Q: What type of products do you sell
A: We specialize in lawn and garden tires, wheel assemblies, inner tubes, and bearings. Our products are generally used for items such as lawn mowers, snowblowers, wheelbarrows, dollies, and other similar tools. We do not sell products for automobiles at this time. All of the tires and wheels we sell are intended for low-speed applications (less than 10 mph).
Q: What exactly do the numbers for the tire sizes mean?
A: Generally our tires are organized by the size that appears on the sidewall. While there are some exceptions, most tires are measured in a Diameter X Width - Rim Size format.
Q: Why are my tires deformed/compressed?
A: While we do make it a priority to make sure our items are shipped to you in the best shape possible, it should be noted that tires are typically stored tied tightly together and sometimes will appear deformed before inflation. Sometimes it can take up to 24-48 hours for the tire to regain its shape.
Payment and Shipping
Q: What type of payment methods may I use?
A: We offer several options of payment for your product! These include: Paypal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order. If you would rather complete the transaction over the phone you can give us a call at any time (see Contact Us). Please note that if your payment is submitted in the form of a Check or Money Order, your order will not be shipped until the payment is received and the funds have cleared our account. This process can take up to 3 days once we receive the payment.
Q: How long after payment will it take my order to process?
A: Generally your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment.
Q: How long does it generally take to ship your product?
A: Orders usually ship within 2 business days of payment.
Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: At this time we use only UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so we will need a physical address to ship your order.
Problems with order and return policy
Q: What happens when my product is on back order?
A: This means that your item is in high demand and we are temporarily out of stock. If this happens you will receive an email informing you of the situation and you will be given the option to wait or receive a full refund.
Q: What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges?
A: If the error is ours (i.e. we shipped the wrong tire), we will gladly allow you to return the item and issue a full refund or accept an exchange of products free of charge. We will also pay the return shipping on the item.
If the error is that of the customer (i.e. customer has ordered the wrong tire by accident), we will still accept a Return or Exchange minus a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
