FAQ

Q: What type of products do you sell

A: We specialize in outdoor and utility tires, tubes, bearings, and wheel assemblies.  Our products are generally used for items such as Lawnmowers, ATV's, Wheelbarrows, Dollies, and other similar tools.  We do not sell products for automobiles at this time.

Q: What exactly do the numbers for the tire sizes mean?

A: Generally our tires are organized by the size that appears on the sidewall.  While there are some exceptions, most tires are measured in a Diameter X Width - Rim Size Format.

Q: How do I narrow your list of inventory down if I am looking for something specific?

A: Using our excellent filter system, you can search for any item in our inventory by a specific attribute.  For instance, you can search for a certain width, diameter, bearing type, axle size, tread and much more to narrow your search down to exactly what you need!

Q: What type of payment methods may I use?

A: We offer several options of payment for your product!  These include: Paypal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order...or if you would rather complete the transaction over the phone you can give us a call at any time (see Contact Us).

Q: How long after payment will it take my order to process?

A: Generally your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment.

Q: How long does it generally take to ship your product?

A: Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order, however this is subject to change during holiday weeks.

Q: What shipping services do you use?

A: At this time we use UPS only (Keep in mind UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so we will need a physical address in order to ship as soon as possible).

Q: Why are my tires deformed/compressed?

A: While we do make it a priority to make sure our items are shipped to you in the best shape possible, it should be noted that tires are typically stored tied tightly together and sometimes will appear deformed before inflation.  Sometimes it can take up to 24-48 hours for the tire to regain its shape.

Q: What happens when my product is on back order?

A: This means that your item is in high demand and we are temporarily out of stock.  If this happens you will receive an email informing you of the situation and you will be given the option to wait or receive a full refund.  If an item has become permanently out of stock we will gladly send you a full refund immediately.

Q: What is your policy on Returns/Exchanges?

A: If the error is ours (i.e. we've sent a damaged tire or shipped the wrong tire to your location), we will gladly issue a full refund for a return or accept an exchange of products free of charge.

If the error is that of the customer (i.e. customer has ordered the wrong tire by accident), we will still accept a Return or Exchange but will only issue a partial refund for the price of the tire and keep shipping charges
